Compensation & Benefits

Compensation and benefits are tailored to each veterinarian’s schedule, experience, and responsibilities. Our competitive compensation model combines base salary with production incentives, allowing many full-time veterinarians to earn $100,000 or more annually while enjoying exceptional work-life balance and professional satisfaction.
