The Caring Pathways Advantage
Compassionate Care
Veterinarians who join our team are compassionate and empathetic in their face-to-face interactions with clients. This career path involves caring for dogs and cats and their people. To be successful as a Caring Pathways veterinarian, you must genuinely enjoy working with people and have a sincere desire to help them through a difficult time. The service we provide requires us to work with people who are experiencing extreme moments of grief and anxiety. Our veterinarians manage these interactions with kindness and compassion and perform the work that they are there to do.
Flexible Schedule
Caring Pathways structures our schedules to allow our DVMs the appropriate amount of time to unplug emotionally. The typical full-time schedule consists of two 10-hour shifts in format of two days on, one to two days off, and then two more days on. We strive for four or more appointments per day, and we provide our team with the support and communication they need to do their jobs effectively.
Mobile Provider
All Caring Pathways veterinarians are mobile providers. We seek confident, competent individuals who are comfortable operating solo and working on the road. You will have the ongoing support of the Caring Pathways team. To help support our team and maintain standards for excellence in care, there is frequent and consistent communication throughout the shift, both with our home office and with fellow DVMs. While the expectation is that our DVMs can work alone, our team often connects throughout the day, whether to ask for support or share stories about clients from the day’s appointments.
Caring Pathways is Growing and We Need You
We are always on the lookout for excellent candidates willing to bring their skills and talents to the team. If you’re interested in being considered for upcoming opportunities, please contact us to learn more.
